J'ai pris la décision de changer d'agence immobilière afin de travailler main dans la main avec une petite agence Nantaise spécialisée dans la location meublée. A ce titre j'ai donc décidé de le meubler entièrement. 

Vous trouverez prochainement de nouvelles photos pour l'illustrer ainsi que la liste du matériel proposé. Naturellement le tarif a évolué et désormais le loyer est de 410€ + 35€ de charges soit un total de 445€ cc

 

Le studio est loué depuis le 13 Août 2018. Bien géré par l'agence Bel Innov, Agathe Delimele à Nantes. La location est toujours effective en cette fin Janvier 2019
